WEDDING- An interesting journey that most of us wish to experience in our lives!
It is supposed to be a strange yet a wonderful happening that happens in one's life.
It amuses not only two strangers to meet and love, but two families to unite and share!
Have you ever thought what Wedding is all about?
Have you ever thought why they say marriages are made in heaven?
Have you ever got a chance to justify the way your wedding is done ?
Or stood up to make your own wedding ?
Have you ever dreamed of a life where all your wishes gets fulfilled ?
Have you ever thought that your aspirations will still pursue after wedding ?
Or it vanishes after a duration?
Have you ever imagined that there is something more good than your compromises in your wedding ? Or thought that sacrifices takes the first stand in a wedding ?
Have you ever made an idea to share your happiness to the needy at your wedding ?
Or wanted a filthy rich wedding to start your next phase in life ?
Is Marriage a Myth? or Truth?
Is there something called "Happy Marriage" in one's life? or its the Happiness that we define in the marriage?
A lot more questions (Pros &Cons) came up in my mind when I gave birth to this post. I am still a novice to quote my views on this topic, however it feels nice to paint your picture at your own wall!:)
Here I go to describe and broaden the picture of a Indian wedding from my perspective!
My quote on marriage gets defined this way - Two souls come in unison for a promising bond, enchanting love, fulfilling dreams and exciting days!
The much awaited wait would have been over with lot of happiness, an indescribable joy when both the families meet, parents thanking their beloved god for their prayers, the groom's delight comes along with taking more responsibilities on his shoulders and the bride's pleasure comes along with mixed emotions. These are few instances where your Marriage takes a big ride in your life! That moment will be the most memorable and cherishing moment in every bride's and groom's life!
With a ray of new hope, the bride and groom get hitched to start their next phase of life. A fresh season to celebrate with, A fresh story to write in your diary, A fresh change to look upon, a fresh challenge to take up, its yet another world with lot of learning, its yet another adventure with lot of courage & patience to withstand!
Everyone must had a big picture on how their life is going to treat them in this phase, whether its going to be the much excited one in your life with a great beginning or it's just another season in your life!
Weddings are lot more than this! It is just a coin which has 2 sides to look and lead upon it. When one understands the difference in it, they take the most privilege to taste this flavor of phase in their life.
- Every wedding will have a compatible life partner who can excite you more than "Mr.Right" :)
- Every wedding doesn't seek happy days life long, but every wedding can be made to be happy with little positive changes!
- Every wedding doesn't have gloomy days completely ,different colors may be added to it to make Rainbow!
- Every wedding need not have the best things in life, however your spouse can make it more interesting to beat the best!
- Every wedding is not full of comprises and sacrifices of one's self, but any marriage can't be beautiful without little true compromises and patience!
- Not all wedding requires an educated couple to lead a life, but it requires a couple who can face the challenge and make a betterment to each other!
- Every marriage doesn't corner around a male chauvinist or a female chauvinist, however marriages gets scrutinized if anyone is chauvinist around!
- Every wedding brings out a new opportunity to face, new ideas and beginnings to take over with wit and humor in life!
- Every wedding does some magic to bring two hearts to one, which brings the ultimate happiness by showing the indifference!
- Every marriage's happiness doesn't stop with Mr. & Mrs. happiness alone but the entire families happiness as well!
With all the lines said upon, I would say that Marriage is one's life is a change for one self not alone to his characteristics but also to the situations. The change can either hit on the positive run or negative. The situations makes one self to act accordingly adopting to the people around.
There is a lot of hope and ray at the other side of the tunnel, all we need is to have patience to cross it successfully. Our notions of the perfect prototype often hold us back from finding a true connection, since no real man can live up to those impossible standards. But as we grow up, we realize that the qualities we previously overlooked are the ones that really matter.
Few things that I really look upon in your Mr. or Mrs. who can stand behind you for anything!
- A person to encourage you, make you think what you are, make you grow on a extra mile and make you feel "wedding" is worth a million
- Not in every situation that your partner understands you, but your partner never fails to let you dow
- A person who sees your ambition as his/her, sees your goals as his/hers and strive towards to achieve it not 100% but at least to your fulfillment
- A great sense of adjustment is must when you are in a joint family
- Sometimes you need to bend your character a little to win the heart of your family
- A huge amount of patience, trust and faith that needs to be tied around every couple
- Trying to manage each other's expectations without much of hurdles
- It is always 100% in everything from love to hatred, its just not 50-50!
- Make some space for yourself and your spouse to spend after work
- Make more positive vibes amidst all your worries
- Practice joy & love, rather than sorrow & hatred because practice makes it perfect :)
- Be a role model for your Kids by preaching good values and attitudes who can shine in the crowd
- Take pride in encouraging / motivating each other's work
- Every moment you spend in each phase of your life is a Learning curve for the next day
- Define your success by proving to have a healthy and long journey
- Don't miss to Celebrate your anniversary at any cost! Its the day that you found your Mr/Mrs!
- Brush aside your worries and focus on correcting your mistakes which takes you a step higher
- Coin your goals in a right manner with your spouse's beside you
- Second your spouse's suggestions at least for a trial, Change at times is good :)
- Be supportive leaving your Ego behind the stand
- Trying to balance work and home with your spouse's guidance
- She is his Mrs and He is her Mr in every path in your life
It is up to us to decide whether you as a couple will "Be on the rocks" or make your love to have"Head over heels". Tune your days with these positive thoughts always!
With the all above, one can paint his/her wedding wonderfully with just not colors, but with good brushes!
